We want our customers to receive products that will work in their home or business. We want our customers to buy products consciously. The technical department has comprehensive knowledge in the field of installation and configuration of monitoring devices. Thanks to this, our specialists always know what to look for when testing new solutions. We work very intensively with manufacturers when it comes to the functionality, aesthetics and practicality of the offered devices. We care about the security of our customers, so we try to test all software updates before we hand them over to our customers.
The Service and Returns Department makes every effort to ensure that the advertised product is returned to the customer as soon as possible. We repair the devices complained about within 14 business days. Our statistics, however, show that 90% of complaints are handled within 5 working days. We are able to do this thanks to our own ZINTRONIC Product Service. If you return a product, we make every effort to ensure that the money reaches you as soon as possible.
Employees of our Warehouse not only make every effort to ensure that all products ordered by you are placed in the appropriate cardboard box. First of all, we pack our parcels in such a way that they survive the journey to you. Experience and the use of appropriate packaging materials meant that our packages experienced various adventures, such as throwing over the fence, spending the night under a bush or showering through a hole in the roof of the courier's car, and in each of these cases they reached you unscathed.
