Orders and Returns

Orders are shipped via DPD courier and InPost parcel lockers. Orders are processed within 48 hours from the moment they are placed on the website, unless the product card contains information about a longer delivery time. The delivery time of the products depends on the chosen form of delivery. Products are delivered to customers within 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. We guarantee free delivery for orders over PLN 300.

The consumer has the right to return goods purchased online. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, there are exceptions to this rule. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the Internet is regulated by the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, which implements the EU Directive 2011/83.

The consumer has the right to return the goods purchased online within 14 calendar days from the moment of taking possession of the goods or the date of concluding the contract for the provision of the service. We refund the funds within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned product.

In order to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us about it, preferably in writing. You can use the return form. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the goods. The consumer bears the costs of shipping the goods to the seller.

The goods can be unpacked and checked for suitability in the same way as if we were making a purchase in a stationary store. You can't start using the goods. It is advisable that, if possible, the returned item be packed in the original box and additional packaging to protect the original one.

We have the right to reduce the value of the returned amount if there has been a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning. First of all, in cases of assembly of devices that left obvious traces on the device.
