The administrator of personal data contained in e-mail correspondence is Zintronic Marek Ziniewicz with its registered office at ul. Branickiego 31A, 15-085 Białystok, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) NIP 9532741233, REGON 369065284.
Personal data may be processed on the basis of: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 - the consent of the data subject, or - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 - as the administrator's own purpose, or about art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 - in order to perform the purchase contract and for the purpose of Registration on the Website and for the purpose of submitting and executing the Order and the efficient operation and functioning of the Online Store, including those collected automatically during visits to online store.
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in par. 3 and 4, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or
categories of recipients of personal data, which may be: mBank, InPost S.A., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Merchant Centre, Baselinker, DPD sp.zo.o., Inpost S.A.
In order to process the Order/Reservation, the Service Provider collects the following data: name and surname, address (street, house number, town and postal code), contact telephone number, or other data provided by the Service Provider on the Website or during contact with the Customer.
In order to register a Customer Account on the Website, the following Customer data is collected: name and surname, e-mail address, Password.
The Service Provider declares that providing data marked as required on the Website is voluntary, but necessary to use selected functionalities of the Website, including the data indicated above for the execution of the Order or Registration of the Customer Account.
Customers' personal data collected to enable the use of functionalities available on the Website are processed by the Service Provider in order to:
- handling the Registration process, logging into the Customer Account.
- sale of Products to Customers and their delivery to Customers.
- handling the Content publication process and related functionalities
- possible claims
- explanation of the circumstances of the unauthorized use of services provided electronically,
- creating reports and analyzes for the needs of the Service Provider regarding the functioning of the Website, including the statistics of viewing subpages of the Website,
- adapting the Website to the needs of customers.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a separate consent by the Customer, the Customer's personal data is processed by the Service Provider in order to:
- marketing of the Service Provider's activities and marketing of the activities of entities cooperating with the Service Provider, in particular for the purpose of organizing promotions, competitions and implementing other marketing tools,
- receiving commercial information, in particular sending the ordered Newsletter by the Service Provider to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer.
The Service Provider informs that when using the Website, the Customer's data is also collected automatically. These data may be collected in the Website's system logs by Cookies.
The Service Provider informs that from the moment the Client connects to the Website, information about the number (including IP) and type of the Client's end device from which the Client connects to the Website appears in the Website's system logs. The Service Provider informs that, in accordance with the law, it also processes data regarding the number (including IP) and type of the Customer's end device, as well as the time of the Customer's connection with the Website and other operational data regarding the Customer's activity on the Website. The described data is processed for technical purposes in order to adapt the Website to the needs of customers and to collect general statistical information on the functioning of the Website.
You have the right to request the administrator to access your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time. The data will be processed for a period of 6 months from the date of termination of correspondence or until the business reason for which they were processed ceases to exist, or for a period of 6 years from the end of the contract.

If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.
If you provide your personal data to the Bank in connection with the handling and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing the data is required in order to make the payment and provide confirmation of its execution by the Bank to item of the online store.
If you provide your personal data to the Bank for verification by the Bank of the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints, providing this data is required to enable the performance of the contract concluded between the Online Store and the Bank.

The Customer may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the Customer's Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the Customer using the web browser settings or using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform each time Cookies are placed on the Customer's device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling Cookies are available in the Customer's software (web browser) settings.
The customer may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website. The Website also uses Cookies placed by the Service Provider's partners, enabling the personalization of advertising activities and the settlement of its effects. The Privacy Policy does not regulate the use of cookies by third parties. More information about these cookies may be available on individual websites of the Service Provider's partners.
Some subpages of the Website and other means of communication with Customers may contain the so-called cookies. "web beacons" (so-called electronic pictures, also known as blank gifs). Web Beacons allow you to receive information such as, for example, the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer on which the page on which the Web Beacon was posted was loaded, page URL number, page loading time, browser type, as well as information contained in Cookies, in to assess the effectiveness of advertising.
Rights and obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose selected information about the Customer to the competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
The Service Provider declares that it entrusts the processing of the Customer's personal data or other data referred to in the Privacy Policy on the basis of a written agreement concluded in accordance with art. 31 of the GDPR Act to entities providing hosting, administration, maintenance and management services to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider declares that it entrusts the processing of the Customer's personal data or other data referred to in the Privacy Policy to other entities providing services to the Service Provider or directly to the Customer to the extent necessary to use the Website, including the execution of the Order/Reservation, consideration of complaints and the use of services financial resources available in the Online Store, on the basis of a written agreement concluded in accordance with art. 31 of the GDPR Act. Customers' personal data may be entrusted in particular to Product suppliers, Banks, Insurers, financial and insurance institutions.
Client's rights and obligations.
Each customer has the right to access their personal data, the right to correct and supplement them and the right to request the cessation of data processing and their removal. In the event that the Service Provider applies for consent to the sending of commercial information by electronic means (e.g. via e-mail, SMS and others), the person who has given the above consent has the right to withdraw it. If the Customer places on the Website any personal data of other people (including their name, address, telephone number or e-mail), they may do so only on condition that they do not violate the provisions of applicable law and personal rights of these people.
The Customer is entitled to use the data and content provided by other Customers of the Website only in connection with the use of the Website and with their consent in a manner consistent with the provisions of applicable law, unless he obtains consent from these Customers to process their data and their content in the scope or purposes beyond the use of the Website.
Data protection
The Service Provider declares that it makes every effort to provide customers with a high level of security in the use of the Website. All events affecting the security of information and data transmission, including the suspicion of sharing files containing viruses and other files of a similar nature or other than files of destructive mechanisms, should be reported to the Service Provider by e-mail: [email protected].
